This area is one of the fastest growing polo areas in Argentina. Located 12 km from Salvador Maria and 20 km from the town of Lobos, new polo fields are being constructed throughout the year. Lobos offers all the facilities one would expect of a town with a population of over 30,000 inhabitants. These include several medical clinics, supermarkets, pharmacies, auto dealerships and rentals, gas stations, household appliance stores, farm equipment and supplies, and, of course, polo equipment stores. Nearby Laguna de Lobos is a recreational lake with full camping and picnicking facilities and water sports such as waterskiing and boat rentals. Buenos Aires is only 125km ( less than 80 miles) away.

At the ranch itself, a multitude of birds inhabit the park. Various species such as wild parrots and the hawk-like Chimangos flourish here. This accounts for the lack of rodents on the property.  

One can enjoy breakfast on the terrace or peaceful evenings meals by the swimming pool and watch the sun set over the polo field. For those who need contact with the outside world, cable television provides over 100 channels, many in English, including CNN, Fox, Bloomberg, ESPN, as well as many current television series.

Remember:  If you buy into a country club and you have difficulty with other members in the club, you are pretty much stuck at that club. Here, with your own ranch, you make the decisions. You can visit any one of several clubs right in the area, or invite others to play on your own field. YOU are in control.

One additional advantage here in Argentina is that when you decide to build a  larger main house, or additional structures, you will not have to contend with building inspectors and building permits.
