Description of the buildings

Barn, 16m (52ft) X 12.5m (40ft) constructed from concrete building blocks with aluminum, insulated roof, built in May/June 2006
Aluminum sliding double doors on both ends.

2 double sliding aluminum and glass windows in the main barn.
New (Sep 2006) custom built tack room, 5 meters X 5 meters, includes custom built wooden cabinets floor to ceiling. 6 wall mounted custom built wooden saddle racks. Custom built heavy wooden desk with drawers.

Four story brick water tower with 20,000 liters water storage. 3 floors of storage rooms, all with double, wooden windows that open on two sides and a wooden door on each floor. On the ground floor there are two hose outlets: (1) is for a half inch garden hose and (2) is for a 2 inch fast fill hose.

The propane gas tank is located next to the water tower, away from any of the houses.

4 living units in 3 houses are located on the property:

The main house is constructed of double walled brick with a wooden and tiled roof. Built in 1992, it is approximately 100 square meters containing two bedrooms with custom built wall closets, a large bath (two sinks, separate bathtub and shower, fully tiled) full sized kitchen and a living room with a high (approx. 6 meter) wooden ceiling. The living room has a brick fireplace. The house is heated by a floor surface heater throughout. All windows have metal gridirons and wooden shutters, as well as built-in fly screens. The glass doors on both sides of the living room also have metal gridirons that can be locked. The back of the house opens up to a large garden with a swimming pool. The garden is enclosed by high bushes to ensure privacy.

A second house is constructed of double walled insulated brick with an aluminum roof. It was built in August 2006. Approx. 74 square meters in total, it has three bedrooms, each with wall closets, a bath with one sink, toilette, bidet and a bathtub. The kitchen/dining room combination has a gas stove hookup and a gas hot water heater. Additional gas hookups are in the bedrooms. The house is heated by a wood burning heater.

The third house is a duplex. One half was built in 1992, the second half was built in November 2006. The house is constructed of double walled brick with an aluminum roof. Each unit is approx. 55 square meters, each with the same basic floor plan. Each unit has two bedrooms (the newer house with wall closets), a bath with a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The older unit has a remodeled bath (Oct.2006.) Both units have a kitchen/dining area combination with gas stove hookups, gas hot water heaters, and wood burning heater for heating.

The houses can be used for caretaker /groom quarters and/or guest units, or you can create your own co-op and be assured of ample sleeping quarters (9 double rooms.)


The construction of further houses on the property, including a larger, main house, can be planned without building permits. The owner may decide on the location
